At Lazola.in, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. While our products are non-returnable, we do offer free replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
No Returns – Only Replacements
Please note that we do not accept returns for any products purchased on Lazola.in. However, if you experience any of the following issues, you are eligible for a replacement:
- You received a damaged or broken item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong product or size
Replacement Eligibility
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- You must provide photo or video evidence of the issue
How to Request a Replacement
- Email us at support@lazola.in with:
- Your Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we’ll arrange for a free replacement shipment at the earliest.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless a replacement item is unavailable or out of stock. In such rare cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Shipping for Replacements
We will cover the cost of shipping for any approved replacement.
You do not need to return the original item unless requested by our team.
Non-Replaceable Situations
We will not approve replacements for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery
- Minor color or size variations due to screen settings or manual measurement differences
